Circe, single-handedly responsible for all religious aspects of the clan - she’s typically the first and last face any clan dragon will ever see, as she’s present at all hatchings, deathbeds, and exaltation ceremonies. she’s kind of sour 24/7, and though she doesn’t particularly enjoy her role she does derive a lot of satisfaction from it.
